With the fluid tip installed, install the needle, spring, and needle adjustment knob. Hold the trigger fully open and tighten the knob just until you feel the trigger being pushed forward. Back off the knob until the trigger is fully open again and tighten the jam nut. Be sure to hold the trigger fully open while you're painting. View Related Article
