Once the pump is removed, you have access to all the pieces that make the transmission work. In the TH350, the first component is the intermediate clutch assembly. Behind this is the intermediate overrun brake band that encircles the forward clutch. Once the band is removed, pull the entire input shaft out, taking the direct and forward clutch assemblies with it. View Related Article
