On the dyno, we turned the idle mixture screws out 11/2 turns on the center carb and ran the engine to 6,200 rpm. The A/F ratio was a respectable 12.5:1, and the engine was barely trying when it made 469 hp at 5,700 and 490 lb-ft at 4,200 rpm. Too easy. View Related Article
