It should go without saying that you shouldn't pay for a car without getting the title. We've heard (and experienced) too many stories about guys who "just have to get the title from my wife, mother, storage, my files," etc., etc. No paper, no money. Our seller had a clear title ready to go, and as the ink was drying, the flatbed we called showed up. Don't let your new purchase sit with the former owner. If you bought it, take it before someone else offers more or the seller decides that certain items don't really go with the car. View Related Article
