Mopar used a couple different axle bearings over the years. One is the adjustable bearing, which really isn’t great for drag racing because it allows the axle to move around. The design is passable with drums, not so much with precision discs. The better way is to use the Green bearing. It uses a snap ring to hold the bearing on the axle. The Wilwood caliper bracket holds the snap ring in place, eliminating lateral movement. The design also eliminates the leaky outer gasket on the axle flange, replacing it with a rubber O-ring.
