This is the key to moving the IC. As the car is lowered, the front mount for the lower control arms is lower, which moves the arm closer to parallel with the ground. The front mount for the upper arm also moves down. Because the upper arm is much shorter, this significantly changes the position of the IC in relation to the anti-squat line. So lowering the ride height moves the IC down and forward in the chassis. Take a look at the rules of anti squat to understand what this means.
