Here's our foundation: A stock '91 5.0L short-block. As delivered, the 5.0L H.O. engine installed in '87-'92 Mustangs was quite the little hot rod motor, with forged TRW pistons, a hydraulic-roller camshaft, and a double-roller timing chain--all stock--so why change any of that?
