Built around a World Products Motown cast-iron block and cylinder heads with 220cc intake ports, the big displacement comes from 4.25-inch bores and a 4.00-inch stroke. Crane, Fel-Pro, Manley, Scat, JE/Wiseco, Milodon, and Speed-Pro are among the brand names contributing parts to the Motown assembly. World promises that each engine is dyno tested and certified to meet or exceed published performance figures, and it backs the 10.0:1 engine up with an independently insured two-year, 24,000-mile warranty.
