Once the new brake shoes and mounting hardware are installed, have a buddy slowly and partially depress the brake pedal to make sure that the brake shoes expand properly and do not bind on nearby items. If all is well, install the new rear-brake drum (part No. 8798), and adjust the brake shoes. View Related Article
