Yikes! We’d removed the crossmember for better working clearance, and good thing we did! There were two pretty severe cracks near the mounting slot, probably from the hammering action of the broken transmission mount. Fortunately, one of Edelbrock’s master welders was able to repair it for us. View Related Article
