Why are we featuring Gary Parker's Pontiac? The reasoning is two-fold. First, it's a clean street machine built for cheap-about $4,500. Second, it's a hopped-up '73 Ventura, not the typical GM X-body streeter: a Chevy Nova. Then again, the simple approach of merely opting for clean bodywork, fresh Dupont Dark Cherry Metallic paint, and a set of American rims may have been what caught our attention at the '98 CC Summer Cruise in St. Paul, Minnesota.
