During the '08 finals, Jud decided to add a cool dual-throttle-body setup that at first seemed to be allowed. The rules said one Dominator-style carb or any EFI was permitted, but an NMCA official quickly decided Jud's EFI constituted two Dominators. The penalty was an additional 75 pounds added to his car. Because the Camaro was already heavy, he complained and the NMCA reduced the penalty to 25 pounds as long as all the other racers were allowed to shed 50 pounds off their race cars.
