We spotted Tom's Javelin early Saturday morning and liked it immediately. It had the right stance, big tires, and Torq-Thrusts, and it was probably the only AMC at the show. When we asked Tom if he was available for a photo shoot, he seemed reluctant, citing his bad bearing. "I'll have to spend a few hours fixing it," he said. "Can we take pictures?
