Car: '71 Chevrolet Chevelle

Engine: 540ci Chevy Mark IV-style World Products Merlin III big-block by Scott Shafiroff Racing Engines

Heads: Dart Pro 1 aluminum 325cc, porting by Scott Shafiroff, 2.30/1.88-inch valves

Induction: Dart aluminum single-plane with Demon Carburetion 1,090-cfm King Demon

Camshaft: Comp Cams solid roller with 0.651-inch lift and 254 degrees duration at 0.050-inch lift.

Exhaust: Hooker Super Competition headers with 211/48-inch primaries and 311/42-inch collectors feeding 3-inch custom exhaust system by Huntington Beach Muffler with Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers

Transmission: TH400 by Tim Deal Transmission in Huntington Beach, CA, with Kevlar clutches and bands and 3,200-rpm stall-speed converter. Shifter and valve body are from B&M

Rearend: Chevy 12-bolt housing with Strange 31-spline axles and C-clip eliminator kit, Richmond 4.11:1 gears on a GM limited-slip

Front suspension: Stock '71 Chevelle F41, refurbished and fitted with Summit Racing three-way shocks

Rear suspension: Stock '71 Chevelle with Metco adjustable aluminum control arms, QA1 12-way adjustable shocks, and Air Lift airbag inside right rear spring

Brakes: Stock front disc/rear drum

Wheels and tires: American Racing Torq-Thrust D, 15x5.5-inch front, 15x8.5-inch rear with Kelly Charger radials, front P205/70R15, rear P295/50R15

Body mods: None

Paint: '66 Corvette Moss Green with '95 Cadillac Poly-mist Green deck stripes by Ron Silva of Silva's Custom Paint & Body in Huntington Beach, CA
