The 604 big-block is Chevy-based and uses Edelbrock aluminum heads. The Trick Flow aluminum block has a 4.5-inch bore and a 4.75-inch-stroke Trick Flow crank. Machined at Summit Racing, the engine also uses a Lunati roller lifter cam and Crower pushrods. The Street & Performance EFI system uses S&P fuel rails, a TPI-type throttle body, and a GM computer with an S&P chip. Troy Trepanier fabbed the upper intake system and body-color-painted cover.
