Dyno Max Power Tour 1970 Chevy Chevelle With 540 Big Block Chevy

The engine really hasn't changed much visually from when we saw the car at the Car Craft Summer Nationals. But Jesse still pumped the power up by 350 hp.>

Jesse changed very little on his big-block Chevelle compared to Brian's completely new engine. Most changes involved adding more boost and as it turned out, "I pushed them as far as they would go." That came out to adding 350 more rear wheel horsepower, but it wasn't quite enough to beat Brian's 1,642hp achievement. Jesse's already planning on a bigger pair of turbos for next year and how he'll jack the power numbers up. He credits the crew at CSU Carburetors for converting the carburetor to E85.
