After a quick burnout, Don staged and revved up his blown Hemi. When he launched, the TorqueFlite 727 scattered and bounced parts like a handful of marbles. As the car rolled forward, the transmission fluid ignited into a huge ball of fire. Don escaped injury, and the safety crew was on the fire extinguisher so fast the paint job survived.
